Avalon, Role Playing Game World

First Age, Dawn Of Civilization

This is the our second page of the most easy to win Pogo badges; game award badges or pogo challenge badges. Pogo provides excellent web browser games and offer as part of their allure new online game challenges every week, which when completed the winner is awarded a special Pogo badge. Many players are very competetive about the number of badges they hold and how quickly they can win them, even buying extra premium game badge albums to gain more quickly. However, most pogo games offer Game Award Badges which are a true measure of a player's progression on the games that offer them; and they are free.

Usually there are five Pogo game award badges per game and these are gained as you progress through the game ranks. Tyypically the first badge is ganed at rank 10, the next at 20 and so on to rank 50. This certainly isn't true of all games with a few offering more than 5 rank award badges and some offering none at all. Badge Central shows you which Pogo games award badges.

Online Games Network presents here their second list of Pogo badges that are more easy to achieve. Good luck, happy gaming and happy badge collecting!

Pogo Badge What You Need To Do to Get It
13 Keno Pop!
Big Baller Badge

If you can stand the tedium just 1-2 hours of play at Keno will earn you rank 10 for the first Keno game award badge. The ranks come thick and fast at first but the number of matches required per rank do climb rapidly (eg. 50 matches to get ranks 9 and 10). Many people do love the Keno game which requires no more skill than clicking a button every few seconds, if you're one of them this Keno badge is very easy to achieve quickly. Good luck!
14 Perfect Pair Solitaire
Row Boat Badge

Complete 6 trips to achieve Row Boat Rank (Rank 3) and earn this badge. Note the SIX trips, not just three as it appears initially when rank 1 is gained from your first trip.
15 Spades
Fists of Spades Badge

Rank 10 required for this first badge. The ranks do get progressively harder but if you like Spades you'll soon rack this one up. If you're joining someone else's table watch out for the strange and querky options that can be chosen that can ruin a good game. Playing with a human partner against two robots it is almost impossible to lose due to their very limited AI (artificial intelligence).
Adventures:Avalon; Role Playing Game
16 Keno Pop!
Big Popper Badge

Frankly, the only thing difficult about this game is the tedium of playing it. The second game award badge comes up so quickly that you'll be amazed you're at rank 20 already, not least because you probably slept through the last couple of hours it took you to get there. See also Keno badge below.
17 Keno Pop!
Keno Supremo Badge

This Keno badge is for rank 30. Keno was introduced to Pogo in 2008 and to help promote it two weekly challenge badges were introduced: the 'Keen on Keno' and the 'We're All #1 Badge'. As we have mentioned earlier there is no skill at all to this game and it takes nothing more than one click every few seconds after a single simple selection of ten numbers. OGN TOP KENO BADGE TIP If you choose the last two named badges as personal challenges then by the time you've finished them over a period of 3 to 6 hours not only will you have gained these two badges, but its very likely you'll have also achived the Keno Supremo Badge for rank 30, or be within finishing distance of it. This makes for 5 quick badges in about as many hours. Can't be bad - but don't expect to be over entertained!
18 Scrabble
8 - 8 Letter Words Badge

You might think that 8 letter words at scrabble are hard to come by, and indeed they are if you are required to use all 7 of your letters and add them to the existing tiles on the board. However, most 8 letter words are the product of more than one turn and are built up gradually, and each one achieved counts towards this badge. For example, your opponent plays the word train and you have amongst your tiles the letters I, N, G. Now all you have to do is add your 3 letters to the end of train to make training and presto! You now have 1 towards the 8 required for this badge. Assuming you can manage an 8 letter word (or longer) every two or three games you'll soon have this badge in your collection. Of course, if you're totally focussed on your badge collecting and have a friend willing to help out, a little communication between the two of you will earn this badge all the more quickly!
19 Golf Solitaire
Bogie the Ghost Badge

Clear 520 hazards to earn this badge or reach level 5 of 40. This is a pretty simple solitaire game but is made more interesting by making it multiplayer and competetive with a golfing theme. Each game is played over 5 golf 'holes' and is quite a lot of fun as you compete on the leader board. OGN Top Tip At the time of writing, November 2009, there are three weekly badges in Golf solitaire. If you choose these as your weekly challenges, by the time you have completed the the third you'll probably also have gained this Pogo badge. If you find this game enjoyable this is certainly a fun way of gaining 3 more badges for your collection.
20 Golf Solitaire
Flawless Victory! Badge

Another of those hidden game award badges. If you get a perfect game of golf on each of the 5 holes you win this badge. obviously this is going to be easier for some more than others as there is a time factor involved especially in gaining the additional bonus games at the end of each golfing round and they can help towards that perfect game if you pick up wild cards. Its perfectly possible (though not for this particular OGN editor!) that in pursuing the above three badges you will become adept enough to achieve this badge in the process. Why not give it a try? A competetive multiplayer solitaire style game is fun to play for a while and makes a nice change from the solitary Aces Up or the long winded Tri Peaks solitaire (which has a similar kind of game play.
21 Aces Up!
Wooden Nickel Badge

Rank 5 only is required in this solitaire-type card game. Rank 5 still requires 57 'squadrons' to achieve, so if you find this game doesn't suit you it might be one to skip for now. If you do find it realtively easy going once you've grasped the basics, you'll knock it off in no time at all.
22 Penguin Blocks
Towering Stack o' Scallops Badge

Reach retirement 6 times to achieve Rank 5 and earn this badge. Quite a long haul despite being another Rank 5 only first game award badge. However, if you like this style of browser game, which can be very addictive, you will soon achieve it.
23 Tri Peaks Solitaire
Humming Bird Badge

54 artifacts to achieve Hummingbird Rank (Rank 5) in this solitaire game, though this can be quite protracted even so to earn this badge.
24 Poppa Zoppa
Super Chain Badge

If you get any good at Poppa Zoppa at all, sooner than you think you will clear the whole board in one 'hop' (especially if you use the reactor to help you take out a big bunch of buildings at one time. This releases the secret Super Chain badge for 36 properties at one go. not to mention a huge score. You'll probably be close to rank 10 for the standard Welcome to ... SCRUNCH Badge by the time you are good enough for Super Chain, so two for the 'price' of one!
